By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraud or unauthorized activity.
All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times and costs are outlined in our Shipping Policy
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or events beyond our control.
5. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of fragrance products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been opened or used.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at zephyr.fragrances22@gmail.com and we’ll make it right.
